Your statutory rights (New Zealand)
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. If they do not, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund). This return policy does not limit or replace those statutory rights.
Returns and exchanges
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a return or replacement where appropriate. Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible.
Condition
Because our pieces are natural and handcrafted, each one differs slightly. Minor variation in colour or grain is normal. Returns for change of mind may be considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us first.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
